We chose it for the itinerary, and Norwegian has a good reputation. However they have some policy that if you haven't cruised in the last 6 years with them you don't exist. The ship was very clean, however upon arrival in our Mini-Suite, we discovered a locked mini bar, no remote and water from the last cruise still in the ice bucket. Did not meet the room steward until day 5, no turn down service for two days. And our prepaid shore excursion tickets were never delivered. Shore Excursion Office was great and replaced them. Guest Services was acceptable. The dining room and Specialty Restaurants were excellent. Bar Service was top notch. Entertainment was excellent, The Cirque Show was excellent, whoever maintains the costumes, deserves a raise. Howl at the Moon and Million Dollar Quartet was excellent. The Wine Lovers show, was really nice. The Shore Excursions were good, 2 out of the 3 were excellent. The other was okay.
