This was a nice trip. BUT we paid to upgrade our room to a balcony suite and expected good views. But each night they docked next to another ship and our view was the room on the other ship. We could not open our curtain. Biking did not mention this when they took out money. We actually enjoyed this trip and saw many wonderful sites. The people on board were nice. The crew was wonderful and took care of all of our needs. The food was great. The included tours were great. It was nice to be pampered all week long. Housekeeping did an awesome job. They clean our room at least twice a day. So all in all the trip was great. I just can’t get over the fact that we wasted a lot of money on an upgrade that was worthless. Biking should be ashamed of themselves. I don’t know if I can recommend them to someone else with out mentioning the room situation.
