Great food but the activities were ridiculous. For instance, the Trivia games were hosted by people who could barely read English. The entertainment was a joke. Not the performances themselves but waiting in line for 45 minutes at one of two entrances in hopes of getting a seat and then, after several staff walked by and saw the line and said nothing, being told that the line starts at only one entrance 5 minutes before the show. I'm a smoker and could not breathe in the casino due to the smoke. The people that clean the room were top notch. The waiters were very courteous but language barriers were quite common. Do NOT tag your luggage....haul it yourself. Outlets in the cabin is pathetic. Maybe it was to prevent fires so I'll let that one go. Television channels are pathetic. WiFi is ridiculous when it DOES work. Other passengers allowed to "save" chairs on deck without physically being there for hours.
