This was my first cruise and had been recommended by friends to travel with TUI as it's more relaxed.
The ship operates a cashless system. You are given a card which is linked to your bank account. Be warned, as soon as you get on the ship you are being harassed in to photographs, massages, the payable restaurants etc. This was very annoying and not appreciated the moment you get on the ship.
Service: Excellent. All the staff are very attentive and can't do enough for you.
