Traveled with children

I went on this cruise with family and friends to celebrate a few birthdays. The ship was the perfect size to get around and we were always able to find each other easily. There is so much to do for everyone, including the 3 children in our party. The kids were kept very busy with the arcade, pools, splash parks and flow rider, kids lounge and teen disco. They also enjoyed the movies at the pool in the evenings.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite #9408 in the back of the boat with a beautiful huge balcony and it was amazing! The second bedroom is small however and has no window, but the main bedroom was large and so was the master bathroom with a tub shower. The master bedroom had a large round window and the slider to the patio was in the living room. Our room attendant was excellent and took good care of everything. We had access to our concierge, Gisleni, whenever we needed her and she was fabulous! She set up reservations we needed to book and got us on a tour of the bridge, which was very interesting. She helped to make our week onboard very special and unique.

The main dining room staff was very attentive and worried about all the different allergies at the table. Franklin the waiter, Bruno his assistant and Nick the head waiter were all excellent and very friendly. There was a good variety of food and everyone enjoyed it. We tried Chops one night and the food and service there was excellent! I highly recommend Chops!

Costa Maya

We took a taxi to Mahaual beach where the dive boats and fishing boats were located. We were on a boat operated by the company Ojitos and the 2 guys on the boat helped us find the fish and we had a great day on the water! The boat was a little rustic but that didn't stop us from having a great time!
