We took this cruise for Spring break and were worried about the other reviews about the amount of misbehaved children. I have to say, I did not see much of that. Cruise personnel were attentive, respectful, we had a great vacation. The captain divert us from Cococay because of weather and I trust it was on our best interest and he kept us safe. The ship is fairly new, everything works, it kept clean... they even make you clean your hands before entering to eat.

Their website is a nightmare. I bought the cruise there and had to make calls to have things fixed, then the reservation lost info, I haven't been able to log in to my Crown and Anchor society since their update. It is just ridiculous how bad their website is!!!

The port needs a lot of work, lot of traffic, little parking, not easy to get to due to constructions but it has a good view of New York city. We park at what looks like a factory and were driven to the port. Their personnel is friendly and the vans are relatively new.

Great cabins! Love the floor arrangement. Bed was comfortable. Room was kept clean.
