Freedom of the Seas is still a beautiful ship in every way. We have traveled on her sister ships ( Independence and Liberty) many times but 1st time on Freedom.
We arrived at the port quite early and had to wait about 45 min. was not impressed with the terminal but there were signs stating that future plans include renovation. Once on the ship we very impressed with how clean everything was. Sure there were crew members trying to entice passengers to purchase items, but under no means is anyone obligated to buy a thing. No one approached us or pressured us into buying one thing.
!. Dining: (we choose my time) was probably some of the best food we had in 25 cruises (all with RCII) Great service with our waiter John and Rajah... We even ask to meet with the executive chef to tell him how great the food was...Windjammer was ok..
Nice, clean plenty of storage space... can't beat a balcony for sitting out in the morning to watch sunrise or a sunset at night.
