Wanted to try the Freedom because of the good reviews and the size of the ship. There are multiple issues here that I think only an experienced cruiser would understand. We have cruised with RCCL 11 times in the last 25 years. Every aspect of good customer service has gone down.

This cruise line has completely lost its focus. It’s all about how much money they can get out of you. 52 dollars to play bingo? Stop it. There is not enough space here to describe the indifference this company has towards its customers.

Rccl lost our luggage fir about an hour as I was waiting to get off the ship to join a prepaid tour. There only resonse was to be “patient” Absolute gaul! We had luggage tags marked number 1. Irrinic that they coukd mess that up.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

Cabin 5D

Cabin is as old as the ship, old and worn out looking. Rust on the metal on the balcony, deck chairs looked newer. Deck on balcony looks like it has never been cleaned.

There is no rebovation otherwise. How about some upgrades so that devices like CPAP machines and smart devices can be plugged in at bedside? We had to run extension cords from the dressing table.
