ok dining food but buffet tables and chairs were sticky and dirty needed complete change to bring up to standards. They have not done anything to this ship in years. Banging above our room nightly and they never investigated the situation. We sat for 2 hrs before we could board ship worst boarding we ever experienced and we have been on many cruise lines. Princess created the wait. Relaxing at pool deck 17 and they started construction on kids pool before dry dock. Noise was so bad everyone came in. Customer service employees were very rude at counter when brought complaints to their attention. Anytime dining was a joke since you were told to wait 1 hr and we arrived when the doors opened at 5:30 and all tables were empty for 2 and 4 people so why were we waiting?? we had to switch to 1st seating dining. They kiosks were always down to check your acct. could never see our acct. do not have it on the room tv. Princess is not what its cracked up to be!
