We traveled on Anthem last year and it was horrible, crew was rude we decided to give Royal one more chance and traveled on Adventure this time. Wow what a huge difference. Wonderful experience and crew was all about customer service The crew actually was smiling and happy which is very contagious. Keep up the good work Adventure we will definitely be back on that ship. The last night at the adult karaoke there were a group of kids heckling the performers. Many people walked out. Just when I wondered why Royal was allowing this the person in charge reminded everyone that we are there to have fun and only kind words should be used. Yay!! That put an end to the heckling without punting out the hecklers. Good job Royal. We flew to San Juan to board the ship. Stoped at St Martin (Dutch side) for a few hours then had 3 full days of sailing and the crew was a delight
