Wanted to return to Europe in a slow fashion, enjoying meals and entertainment on route.Cabin was very small and today’s style of larger cases are extremely difficult to fit under the beds - very little room and had to leave a case near bathroom. The sofa was tiny and barely held two people. The cabin was very tired looking and in need of refurbishment. Food on board was excellent and Windjammer self service always had piping hot food. Service in the dining room was rather slow, with too many people on my time dining which overwhelmed the waiters at times.

Entertainment on board was good and of a good variety during the crossing. Activities were also varied and the staff worked really hard all the time.

Excellent variety of excursions at the various ports of call although some were quite expensive ( eg costs of outings to Paris )
