We have been on many large boat cruises over the years. We have decided to vacation in the USA for a number of reasons safety as one. Someone mentioned American Cruise Lines. We reviewed their cruise options and selected the American Revolution. The ports of call and tours were excellent . I was not alive in 1607. What our forefathers went through is amazing . If you want a little American History this cruise is for you. Jamestown, Yorktown, Williamsburg , Norfolk Naval yard, Naval Academy in Annapolis and more. We even visited Mt Vernon. Walked thru George Washington's house . The topper Washington DC. We had made prior arrangements through our Congressman and did a tour of the White House. This small boat experience exceeded our expectations. Very intimate , Great food , Great service ,Great tours, Large cabins, On board entertainment and Hosted Happy Hour every night. We will be sailing with American again.
