First of all the Harmony of the Seas is a beautiful ship. Getting on the ship was so quick, we were pleasantly surprised. There is always something to do and the staff was very pleasant. From the casino, miniature golf, zip line, shopping, shows, there was so much to do I can't even begin to mention all of them. The cabin we stayed in was an interior large state room which had plenty of room and very clean. The food on the Harmony of the Seas was delicious, no matter where we chose to eat.
We especially want to recognize our waiter, Carlo, and assistant waiter, Ramon as well as the head waiter, Cheryl, on deck five "Silk" for paying special attention to detail during dinner. They were so friendly and seemed to be at our table all the time checking to see if everything was alright, asking if they could get us anything else or filling our water glasses.
The only thing I didn't like was they were allowing small children in the hot tubs in the adult area pool section. The children at times were in the hot tubs much longer than the posted 15 minutes listed for adults. This could be dangerous. Plus the children at times were going in the hot tubs without an adult in with them. There was a hot tub in the children's section which I'm thinking the water wouldn't have been as hot where the children should be using.
The cabin was very clean and straightened daily with fresh supplies as needed. Loved the towels made into shapes.
