This was our 2nd time on the Glory and 3 time at these stops. But this was one of the best if not the best cruise we have had on Carnival (7 Carnival Cruises). Spent the night before in Miami at Holiday Inn, right across from Bayside Market Place, nice hotel, great location. Boarding the ship was the fastest we had ever had. Checking time was 12, got there about 11:45 and walked right on to the ship. Rooms were not ready until 1:30pm. Went to spa and worked out, nice fitness center. Room was a balcony 1057. Our steward was Bagus...just awesome man. Always polite and friendly. Spent most of the time on ship reading on Serenity Deck, then in afternoon would head to adult only pool on Aft. Met some very nice people there, our server Bene was always attentive. Filled our bucket up with ice when it would melt without asking. Everyone on the ship was polite and friendly, the kind of services we expect from Carnival. We did have a bad experience last year with a bartender on the Sunshine but nothing this year. Totally awesome. Ports, we knew what to expect. Grand Cayman, did bar hopping and beach break. Would never do that again. Enjoyed the brewery but not the rest of the tour. Next time will just get a cab and head to the beach. Royal Palms beach Resort was nice there. Mahogany Bay, just enjoyed the beach right off the ship. Belize, just tendered in and stay around the shopping area, had lunch and some drinks. Cozumel, did Passion Isle, which would have been great if we would have had more time on the beach. Our guides were the best, Raphael and Miguel. Would defiantly do that again if the boat ride was shorter and the stay was longer. Getting off ship was easy, always a wait at Customs but no big deal. Definitely will be taking a cruise again next year, either 8 days of Sunshine or the Dream out of NOLA. Never had gone out of NOLA and advice?
