We chose this cruise because we wanted to share the experience with family members who were able to travel at the time the cruise was scheduled. It also was after October 1 and the rates were lower then.

The ship was delightful and very comfortable. The excursions were first rate and the guides very knowledgeable. The food was just outstanding and all cruise staff members were cordial and very helpful. Sasha, the Cruise Director did a great job. We learned a lot about Danube River history.

The help on arrival in Budapest and departure for home from Prague was great. We were greeted at and transported from Budapest Airport and a Viking Representative literally took us by the hand to navigate the Prague Airport boarding processes. Read more
