A Juliet window but often obstructed port side by docking arrangements 
Cabin on first impression small but very well appointed Lovely comfortable bed and beautiful. linen plenty of luggage space but Check that your cases fit under the bed

I traveled on SS Catherina  last year and the Standard of the Isabella is not of a similar quality

 However the boat was comfortable the food was good with a couple of outstanding dishes

The staff were marvellous and the drinks well chosen and plentiful I like having a a served  evening meal 

The food was fresh and we had some lovely Portuguese dishes

The small venues we visited were well chosen but beware of a two hour drive to Salamanca 

The General organation ( Lisbon hotel Corinthia and coach comforts )was excellent 

BUT

The organisation of trips out left much to be desired 

A full coach of 45 persons all with one guide. Each venue felt impersonal and crowded 

The voice boxes are great but must not be used to add more people to a group

A port talk each night is no substitute for a thymed lecture by an expert.

I would certainly choose Undeworld again but not on the Douro RiverI
