This was our first river cruise and we had heard so many great things about Viking, so we booked this one. It was so terrific and we will do more river cruising with Viking in the future! The staff were so awesome and personal. They learned our names and knew the food and drink items that we enjoyed. They really made the cruise an enjoyable experience. The lounge area was always nice and inviting with just enough entertainment at times, and relaxed down time at others. We booked the included excursions each day and liked them very much. Each city we visited was great with the guided tours and the time to explore on our own. But our next cruising adventure will be a Viking Ocean Cruise on the Viking Jupiter leaving April 13 from Venice to Barcelona. We are very excited for this one! After that, we are looking at the Viking World Wonders Cruise. We are hoping that this cruise will have a schedule date of Jan 2021!
