Ship was tired. Carpet tired and dirty. Staff was tired/ not energetic.

Communication poor between staff and guest about were to be when especially on disembarkation. Had to wait on luggage both on embarkation and on disembarkation. This wait caused us to miss a tour each time which the staff did not seem to worried about but cut down on our experiences. On disembarkation the wait also caused us to miss our connection to our next destination even.

Staff called you by your first name or did not use yes sir or yes ma'am. Read more
