I have a lot to say, but I will try and keep it short!

I did this cruise as a FAM trip for selling quite a bit of Emerald as a Travel agent with Flight Centre, and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I traveled to Budapest with my mother for this River cruise and did the 8 day Danube Delights.

Small notes:

Cabin Review

Cabin D

Cabin was perfectly fine for what it was. We hardly spent any time in the cabin and when we did, we were asleep. The one thing I really enjoy about Emerald is that the cabins with Balconies have them incorporated inside of the room as opposed to being a separate entity. This makes it difficult and much smaller for the cooler months when the patio may not be fully utilized. I found the rooms quite spacious for what they were, however this ship was a bit more outdated in the cabin areas vs. some of the newer ships out there.

Port Reviews

Bratislava

The tour was a bit slow paced, lots of people around at this time of day. Best schnitzel here!

Regensburg

One of my favourite cities on the entire trip. Amazing mustard, beautiful fairy tale town, good food and cheap beer.
