I've cruised 5 times. 4 on RC. Its lost its magic. Staff constantly talking about rating on surveys, obviously worried about losing their jobs. Pushing staff too hard on these. As a Crown and anchor Gold member, I expect to feel a little more special. Nothing on this trip, not even a welcome back... Not coupons, savings, additional services, etc. This ship needs another overhaul or selling. The rust on the main deck (5) is very apparently. Also shows on the pirt windows (outside on deck 3). Just didnt seem well maintained from the outside. Inside was better. Scheduled entertainment times and days need to be reviewed. Badly timed, including the last night, when you struggle as you have to put your case out by 11pm with the clothes I'm wearing, so not entertainment possible unless I go in my next day clothes, shorts and flip flops. Cococay is undergoing major work. No mention of this until the night before. Half of the island is not accessible. Appear to be making hotel rooms there and a large dock. Key west is boring. Not much to do there and nassua is all about paradise island and the cost is simply crazy. No access to water on the ship unless I bought a drinks package. I shouldn't have to pay for water. Told to call room service for water. Only available during meal times. Not good enough...
