We are frequent cruisers on RCI. The nightly entertainment was sub-par with the exception of Men of Culture and the piano man in the Schooner bar. All other band entertainment failed to engage the crowd and didn't even look to be enjoying what they were playing. My Time dining seating was terrible. We were twice placed next to the service station, so I felt like I was sitting in the kitchen. When I complained I was given an attitude and reluctantly moved. Second breakfast in the main dining room service was terrible. Failed to bring part of my order and then never returned to ask if we wanted more coffee or anything else. The mattress in our room was horrible. Experienced back and hip pain all week. The stateroom attendant tried her best to improve the situation but only had limited options, which were not sufficient. Chops was disappointing, as I ordered the lobster at an additional $21.00 and it was small and over cooked, making it very dry. Both my husband and myself were sick after eating at Giovanni's. I would not recommend this ship to any one. Sorry RCI, but this was our worst trip ever.
