Food was good, service was awful. Room service forgot our items more than once. Starbucks employees extremely rude. Cleanliness was terrible at Starbucks. I would not recommend Royal Caribbean adventure of the seas. The ship was too small. It was supposed to be refurbished but our bedroom was not done, shower was peeling and the windjammer had peeling wall paper all around. The best part was having dinner in the sapphire room. Service was good and food was delicious. From start to finish there were problems. From embarking the ship, the crew not advising us where to go, to the lousy service. We had high hopes for this cruise. I heard a lot of good things. I hope who ever reads this has better luck than us. I’ll learn to never compare cruise lines again. I wish now that we had gone with Norwegian cruise lines. Sorry for the bashing.
