We chose this cruise (first time for us on a Disney cruise) because of 2 granddaughters and grandson which by the way was bored after 2 days with nothing to do for a 23yr old. Lots of problems concerning maintenance on this ship considering it has only been 1 1/2 years since a total refurb.. Window tint torn and coming loose and then taped up and the tape falling down in the "atrium" windows in Cabanas, multiple cabin problems, shutters photos department was a disaster. The food was the worst we have ever encountered on a cruise and this was our 34th cruise with other cruise lines! The food generally was lukewarm at best in all the dining rooms, Cabanas and the small deck places. One morning I was standing in line at Cabanas and one of the kitchen people was replacing the tray with hash with a fresh tray so I thought this has to be hot so I scooped up some and it was cold!!! The ONLY thing that was ever hot in Cabanas was the omelettes that they made to order. The only place we had a great experience was at the Palo adult dinig (extra cost) where the food was excellent, hot and we had a great server unlike the regular dining rooms where we constantly had to ask for anything like more water, butter etc.

Pet peeve: they charge $8 for movie popcorn in a plastic refillable bucket and then $1.50 for any refills that is the height of cheapness on Disney's part in our opinion, also no butter or salt was available for the popcorn. Everything on this cruise was buy this buy that. Our family occupied 4 staterooms also.

We will never cruise with Disney again.
