This was our Ninth Princess Cruise and where very disappointed. This ship just got out of dry dock approximately 16 days prior to us getting on. Embarkation slow and confusing, no line for Elite or Platinum cruisers. Ship was very tired looking, frayed and stained carpets. Multiple water leaks all over ship with buckets collecting water, fans trying to dry the wet carpets. Presence of trades men doing repairs all over ship. Dining experience in Sabatinis was very disappointing, food poor, service bad. Main dining room was OK.

Cabin Stewart was excellent, very attentive, and very apologetic for all the problems on the ship.

We found some of the shore excursions very expense for what was included.

Cabin was in great location. Unfortunately toilet was out of commission frequently throughout cruise. Bathroom door was broken, took 3 days to fix only to re break the same day. Air conditioner did not cool the room. Refrigerator inoperative. TV needed repairing.

Bathroom sink would not drain.
