We had a bad experience with boarding as we were not given a zone card when we arrived so by the time we finally realized we needed one (previous cruises we were not assigned a check in time). We were some of the last ones to board despite having an 11:00 am check in. We had my time dining and on the 3rd night found a team that we really liked and stuck with them the rest of the cruise. The main dining room food was very good. Although, the buffet was just ok. My husband and I were disappointed that the only way to access the sports deck was by using the stairs. We had both injured our knees and there were no elevators. Entertainment was good and we went to the shows and listened to music in various places in the evening. Room service was great and usually arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. All in all it was a very good cruise just disappointed we were unable to use the recreational areas and Serenity deck due to the lack of elevators.

Cabin Review

Balcony

This was our first balcony room and we really enjoyed it. The cabin was roomy, with plenty of storage. Normally we do not spend much time in our cabin but due to our injuries the balcony was a great place to spend our time.

Port Reviews

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Did the city tour with and independent vendor. It was ok as we were unable to do our snorkeling tour that we originally booked. Although I would not recommend the tour as the stops are short and there is not much to see. Most people on the tour were like us, unable to walk much or hung over.

Cozumel

Walked around the port and return to the ship.
