1/ We chose this cruise because we felt it would be interesting to see the scenery from the boat as we cruised down the Danube——however, the problem was that we actually spent very little time looking at the scenery since we were off the boat much of the time—-that was a disappointment —-
2/ The cruise was too structured——-because of the size of the ship there were fewer options—for example—-dinner was at ‘set’ times with little flexibility——limited wine list and we got the feeling that the crew were happy to have us off the Ship for the day—-
3/ We spent too much time on buses and not enough time ‘on the river’ looking at the views—we hardly had any time in the city of Vienna——a fact that disappointed a lot of the people we spoke to onboard

The Cabin was fine but for my wife the lighting in the bathroom was not very good at all—AND THE MAKE-UP MIRROR SHOULD HAVE A LIGHT —-other than that the cabin was roomy——however, on a number of occasions we found ourselves ‘tied up’ to other boats alongside so we couldn’t utilize our balcony and had to stare into other people’s rooms——-after paying a premium for a ROYAL SUITE——THERE ISN’T MUCH OF A ROYAL FEELING WHEN YOU OPEN YOUR CURTAINS AND FIND YOURSELF STARING AT A MAN IN HIS PYJAMAS——-the Cruise company saves money with docking fees but that isn’t passed on to the people in the top suites——-
Bratislava was a long way to go and it meant that we didn’t get a chance to really spend any time in Vienna——-the concert in the evening would have been better if we had started 45 minutes earlier and then instead of going back to the boat for a late night snack we had of gone in to Vienna for a late night coffee/and look at the city
