We did this trip bc we wanted to see Bermuda. We booked the royal suite for the space with young ones. We ended up loving the concierge service. Francis was fabulous and so helpful. Our guest room attendant Evangeline was amazing in every way. All the dining staff was top notch esp Agung at Giovanni's. We also loved Gregory & Patrick with dining, Bonaparte was very helpful in the lounge and all the room service people were friendly. All the dining staff were great but I've unfortunately forgotten names!!

We ADORED the Cabana at CocoCay and would do it again.
