itinerary is good, service crew especially in the restaurants was great, but officers such as asst cruise director in charge of entertainment has alot of attitude and not willing to listen to suggestions . they have star complex not understanding that we are simply tolerating them because we have no choice.

food was not impressive in the main dining . worst osso buco i have ever tasted in my life. head chef recipe is the issue. menu was not accurate, they offered halibut in menu but subsituted with another fish without informing clients and the cooking is very bad.and it was so fishy and bland.

choice of songs and entertainment for vision of the seas singers is TERRIBLE. often people would leave in the middle of show, but the guest singers and productions was good except the guest greek duo they invited which was terrible by any standard .
