Adventure of the Seas was “just OK” this cruise. The ship itself was clean, and well maintained. What was lackluster was the dining in both main and windjammer dining rooms. The menu never really changes, and service was extremely slow. Waiters never remembered our names, or what drinks we ordered everyday. The waitstaff seemed overwhelmed. No music in the dining room gave a gloomy feel while there. Windjammer selection never changed, and quality of food was less that Golden Corral. It seems as though Royal Caribbean is driving you to pay for the alternative dining of Chops Grill or Giovanni’s.
The main theatre entertainment just OK. Some performances were canceled and substituted- coming off as unrehearsed. Entertainment brought on to the ship - illusionist and comedians very good. Cruise director really trying to get things going, but never really did.
Cabin was very good, and stateroom attendant was excellent. Lizbeth was friendly and always available.
