We had a great time on the cruise. We were with a big family group. We stayed in the suites, they were roomy and comfortable. Renato, our attendance at the room was very friendly and always making sure we were taken care of. The suite lounge was awesome, they had complementary cocktail hour in the afternoons and always snacks and coffee. Having the suite was definitely a perk, since you get to disembark the ship sooner for the excursions. Our service at the Saphire Dining Room was wonderful. The food was delicious and they always took the time to detail its presentation. Our servers Roberto and Rodolfo were amazing. They felt like part of our family, they were always on top of all our needs and very accommodating. It was also very nice to see that most everybody in the ship dressed up at the Dining Room for the formal nights. Overall it was a great cruise for our family, we will try to cruise again.
