Cruise Staff were excellent in service.

There was not a lot of variety of activities compared to other cruise lines we have traveled with. The ships appeareance is old in our opinion. The casino was smaller than other cruise lines we traveled with in our opinion. The food quality was average. Their wasn’t much different types of cuisines, so after 2 days, we were bored of the food choices.

Guest relations had excellent customer service. The person who cleaned our room was friendly and our room was clean. The tv in our room is small and there were not a lot of channels to watch. The room service isn’t free. We had to pay a room service charge. The kids camp program was excellent. The excursion prices were expensive. Overall We didn’t have a good vacation. Next time, we will research online what other people say in their opinion on which cruises they had thought were excellent.
