We found our time extremely relaxing and thank the crew for an amazing voyage! My expectations were exceeded as I figured it would be mediocre compared to our Alaska cruise with an upscale cruise line. Because of the service we received I would definitely go RC again. From the food and beverage staff - the housekeeping staff - we were treated like royalty and enjoyed the adventure. I say this as a person who has worked in hospitality for over 25 years and actually conducted customer service training to more than 2,000 local Lancastrians This crew nailed it! Entertainment as ok - the comedian was super! The ice show was great. I liked that coffee was available at 5am as I am an early riser and enjoyed this. Would definitely recommend that you do choose a time for dining as not having done that it was problematic at times to get to dine in the MDR - which was our fault.

Liked that we could take everything out of our luggage and place it in the spacious cabinets etc. Only complaint would be that bed was hard. But that didn't keep us from a great night's sleep. Toilet paper was not so great but then I realized that it had to be that way due to the system.

Not worth getting off the ship for this port!
