we wanted to try a different cruise line not happy in being herded on the big ships . found insignia small but loading was super fast unloading was fast the only problem was every one was on the upper deck the ship in my view should have opened other venues to accommodate that many people. once the rooms opened it was fine we found the food was excellent service was superb . cabins we stayed in a penthouse suite service by the butler was outstanding . we tried the in room dining that was a real treat . all the staff from the waiters to the deck hands were all eager to please . the 2 bad spots we had on the cruise was rough weather and they decided to drain and paint the pool & 1 of the tours the bus boke down & we were driving at night with no lights but the ship waited . we really enjoyed the whole cruise but it was to short. looking forward to the Rivera and all the different restaurants
