Cabin: Balcony Cabin

We selected the cruise because the itinerary met our requirements, and the cruise did meet our expectations in this respect, although a storm kept us out of the scheduled first port of call.

Cabin very good, as were the staff on board. Food in general good, although very bland, probably to cater for the majority of guests on board. It did feel that this was an Old Folks Home on holiday, average age of guests must have been nearly 80, with too many needing walking aids just to get around the ship - some never to leave the ship in port of call! Goodness knows what would have happened in an emergency evacuation.

Ship very much showing its age in spite of a recent refit.

Balcony Cabin

Cabin BC

Cabin was fine, a bit quirky because of its position but it did offer great views from the balcony.
