It was my first time on a cruise. A birthday gift. I enjoyed many of the activities, but the treatment wasn't what I expected. The food was amazing and the cleaning lady was nice, but the overall experience was frustrating. Many of the employees spoke only English. I can understand it, my mother can't. I had much trouble understanding the accents and I had to traduce for her. Why a crew where most speak only English when most of the passengers speak Spanish? Also, there was an activity where you had to take signatures, and a staff woman was really rude to us. And I missed the broadcast of a very fun activity, and when I called if it could be played, or be given a few minutes of footage, they refused, ruining the last days for me. If I go on a cruise again, it won't be this one.

The cabin was really nice. The bed was relaxing and comfortable. The bathroom was just a little too small. Still, one of the few things I really enjoyed from the ship.
