Very unhappy with service and food. Food was less than average and service was worse.

Had one hot meal at dinner on a 16 day trip. Majority of staff unattentive and not well trained .Asked server at pool bar what types of beer were being offered and he replied, "I don't know." Got the same answer at one of the specialty restaurants. Neither server made an effort to find out.

Cabin #6025 was spectacular. The ship is beautiful and state of the art. Attention to detail in decor was 100%.Toilet in our cabin leaked. It was fixed immediately. Shower did not work well. The problem was addressed and taken care of after two attempts. Read more
