We choose our family vacation to accommodate ages from 2 to 60+. There are plenty of activities for children and adults. Tried the flow rider and ice skated on the same day! We were fortunate and had perfect weather. There were 6,475 passengers on the ship; the Oasis of Seas never really felt crowded. It's it bit strange to say that while on the ship, one of our favorites places was Central Park on deck eight. The two children loved the Carousal and the splash pool. When you first board, there is a crush of passengers and the common areas, elevators, and windjammer buffet was crowded. Take the stairs and explore other parts of the ship and have a late lunch at the windjammer.
Be sure to see the Aqua show and other the production shows. Make reservations and get their early. The ship starts will allow non-reservation passengers to be seated 15 minutes before show time. Be aware that during the Aqua Show you will get splashed if you sit in the first few rows.
We could see the damage Hurricane Irma (2017) caused, but the islands are recovering and rely on the tourist to help them recover.
