I am going to keep this as short as possible and try to get my point across.

We traveled from the 30th of June to July 7th on Freedom of the Seas. DO NOT STEP FOOT ON THIS SHIP IF YOU CARE AT ALL ABOUT THINGS BEING KEPT UP TO DATE. This ship needs a major strip!!!

I had a suite room 1650 and the cooler was broke, decor was the early 90’s springs busted in couch, we had ants. Only one set of plugs next to bed. Nothing to hook devices up near living room. Linens sheets, and mattress were horrible . Food in dining room is basically the same every night. Poor quality!! Breakfast was better if you don’t mind the Circus. The pool deck is crazy, nothing relaxing about the pool deck. The spa tries to sell their products over and over. The spa experience would be rated a 1 or possibly 2 out of 10. RC needs to invest more money here. The relaxation room as they call it is basically a room with windows to sit in a uncomfortable chair and be offered water out of a plastic container. While your waiting you will be hounded by the workers to buy their services or their products. The other bad thing they place the spa right up front so while you are on table you feel like you may be on Titanic .
