Shaving quality at every opportunity and charging ever more to put back what once was included, RC has raised the cost to a level that there are better options. Sad, we used to enjoy cruising but it is so pedestrian for the price. The food was bland, the lounge chairs uncomfortable, the ship outfitting low grade, the shows used silly story's, and the music avoided songs with royalties. They even wanted to charge to take a tour behind the scenes - is their no pride? And the service was insincere interrupting a meal on multiple occasions by multiple people. Accounts clearly bought supplies based on cost; the soft serve ice cream was icy and flavorless not smooth and flavorful. The much vaunted Two-70 entertainment lounge may have been expensive but it was poorly utilized and they didn't even get the field-of-view correct, its not 270 degrees but something on the order of 100 degrees. Time to try a different cruise line.
