This was a great way to see the Hawaiian Islands with a great itinerary but if you have cruised on other cruise lines you will likely be disappointed in the quality of the service and the quality of the food. While we experienced several very good staff members the quality of the service overall is well below what you would expect compared to many other cruise lines. Food quality was eatable but nothing to write home about and the Freestyle dining while it sounds great is inefficient since they are trying to do everything all at the same time. The excursions were good but overpriced. The embarkation and disembarkation processes at the beginning and end of the cruise were good but at ports the disembarkation process was very inefficient. The ship was nice but difficult for those with mobility issues with narrow corridors and the staff kept leaving things sticking out into the corridors so we had trouble negotiating with a wheel chair. Not the quality of other cruises we have been on but it is Hawaii and they are the only cruise line that does this so make sure to get a good deal on you fare and lower your expectations and have a great time.
