I chose this cruise because my partner wanted to travel with Royal Caribbean. I have only travelled with P&O and Princess before. I was disappointed with Royal Caribbean in that their quality of food in the main restaurant was not up to the standard of the other two cruise lines that I had cruised with. Also formal evenings were not formal at all - in fact I felt out of place in my long dress with my partner in his DJ as most other people turned up in their shorts, T-shirts, flip-flops, jeans and bandanas. Was not really acceptable for a formal evening. Their staff were mostly unfriendly and under pressure and although the ship was really lovely, the overall ambience was not as it should have been on a relaxing cruise. A little disappointing, but have learnt that maybe I should stick with P&O and Princess. Shame - will probably not choose Royal Caribbean again !
