All in All the only negative experience was the Spa when my wife went for a chin waxing and she ended up having to manually tweeze the hairs after leaving the spa. Total waste of $17!
The staff in the main dining hall was excellent. Loved Randoll & Edgar. Up at the Pool Bar, many waitresses would take your order then you wouldn't see them for half an hour. Anton, on the other hand, took our drink orders and returned with them promptly.
