We had a large group of 34 fanily memebers. None of them were happy with this ship. They have been on about 25 cruises and this ship was the worst. Games in arcade were out of order. Elevators were out of order. Refrigerator in our room didn't work. Bathrooms were out of order. Air conditioner in our room didn't work 2 nights. The line to get off the ship at Cococay Bahamas was not controlled and it took 2 hours to get off the ship. There was almost a physical altercation directly in front of us because the line was not controlled. People were coming down the elevators and steps and cutting the lines. We had made reservations in the main dining the very first day we boarded. One of the nights, they gave our table away so we didn't get to eat with our family. Aside from the kids club, some of the crew members are not kid friendly. I would absolutely never spend the money we spent to get on this cruise ship!

Our room attendant was fantastic. Our refrigerator didn't work in the cabin. Two nights our air conditioning wasn't working.
