I had great expectation for this cruise ship and was very disappointed. First I thought that the food was not far superior to other cruises as I was expecting it to be thought it was just mediocre at best, we even purchased an upgraded dining package and still thought it was subpar food and service.

Service in main dining room was definitely lacking. To make matters worse I ended up contracting E.coli on board and was very ill for a lot of the cruise. Felt as though I was not treated very well after the whole experience either. I saved for two years as a single mom to be able to afford to take my son on this cruise and just felt Overall extremely disappointed in the experience,

The ship itself was beautiful overall to look at, it just fell short of the service in dining rooms and also they obviously don’t take the proper precautions to avoid getting illness
