I felt as though the crews main job was to try and empty the pockets of the people on board. With little regard to anyone's level of satisfaction. Our complaints when upon deaf ears. The state rooms are in terrible condition, broken fridge, safe, bathroom mirror. I have stayed in Super 8s that are in much better condition!!!!
Very few staff around in visible areas to assist with simple thinks like directions or instructions. I really cannot say how terrible our stateroom looked. I have stayed in nicer $39 dollar a night rooms!!!

Ocean View Balcony
Very run down, balcony filthy, broken fridge they refused to replace or repair, broken rusted cracked mirror in bathroom, carpet, very worn and smelly. Couch in room completely worn out. I've seen better furniture in the garbage in the side of the road!! Very outdated fixture's.
Looked like a bargain roadside motel.... complete crap!
