If this had of been my 1st trip with rc it would have been my last apart from the fact that i know rc are better than this. we had a lady cruise director blaring out her announcements so loud that is was annoying and not understandable.some customers made her aware of this to no avail.

No fruit or chocolates for diamond plus, only 1 top cruiser award, no crown & anchor host on board. Any invitations were very much last minute and there were no invites to the galley, bridge or back stage. 2 hour long wait for passports to be copied in singapore. 4 hour wait in bangkok as everyone had to get off the ship to clear immigration and were not allowed back on board till all passengers were cleared. The ships bars and pool remained open and most ot the stragglers used these facilities whilst we filled in our boring wait without seats in the ships make shift lounge alongside. There was no warning of this and several people were caught out without medication or money

The baggage in hong kong was the worst i have ever seen, trollies of bags were coming off the ship in any order thus causing utter confusion in the baggage hall. We spent 2 hours as did most people in finding their bags. - not an rc officer to be seen!!! Read more
