We're a group of 24 friends and family on the Rhapshody of the Seas and I have to let you all know Royal Caribbean has lowered there standards a loyalty to their customers.

The straw that broke the camels back was a tours we booked with Royal Carrebean are not worth the money they are charging. First they take forever to put you on a water taxi or bus to start your excursions. This is the experience we had when we arrived to Santorini a MUST SEE place that for me I dreamed of for decade's, it took the 2 hours between waiting on the ship for a tenure to actually getting and spending quality time in Santorini. Between the traveling and stops at a winery which I could be cared less for we got to experience Santorini for an hour and a half before needing to walk back to the cable car so you don't mis the boat. The line was an hour long and this must see port of call was only 5 hours or so. Then we book this JEEP tour in the white mountains of Crete which promises adventure and activities and we received 000000000 adventure and 000000000 activities instead they put us on a domestic car called "JEEP" instead of giving a real "JEEP" as the advertisement let's you to believe. We sat in this dam car to rdd a total of 5 hours going up and down a hill, visited a village story for coffee that wasn't filtered and you had to stop in tiny amounts so you don't swallow the coffee grinds. Then we walked next store so he can show us an orange tree and avocado tree. WOW what an adventure. Now drive 50 min up the mountain to visit a Sheppard and get a lecture on making cheese to then gwt back on thge "JEEP VEHICLE" another 50 to go eat lunch at a village. Still waiting for the adventure and activity!!!! My husband had to give us the agriculture lesson while on the road because the guide DID NOT talk to us about the culture, history, or people of Crete. They charged 120.00 US dollars each person for this tour and the advertised discretion DID NOT meet 1% what they said this tour would promise. This was the worst port I've ever been to.

My other experiences with Royal Carrebean, we waited 2 days for ice bucket and water to reach our room and they wanted to charge us 7.50 US dollars for calling room service to have ice delivered to our room, mind you we bought the unlimited beverage package!!!!! Captains night, they are no longer offering lobster tail, you now have to pay $25.00 if you want libster on Captains night or any night. My family orders a Cesar salad and there's a live bug still squirming in her salad bowl. I then saud to my self, let me order libster bisque so i can at the very least enjoy some bits of libster, not a single piece of lobster in any one of our soups. My husbans orders a cocktail and gets 0 alcohol in his komakazee shot, it was watered down vodka!!!!! I will not book another cruise with Royal Caribbean regardless of the fact that I'm a gold member and have cruised with them before. They have really lowered their standards and customer service. What a shame.
