I have been on a lot of cruise ships and this has been the worst one. I feel bad for those that have never experienced cruising before and this was their first cruise. The food was horrible. The Windjammer served the same food everyday. None of the desserts tasted good. Most of them were fluff, like desserts. Instead of greeting over the intercom all you heard was " If you are done eating please leave so other passengers have a place to sit" WTH!!!! I have never been kicked out of a buffet before. This message was said aloud every 15 minutes. Talk about not feeling relaxed! Its not my fault they didn't make the main part of the ship big enough. The dining room was the worst. Food took forever and most of the time it was room temperature. Now lets talk about the shows or lack of shows. The first and only show in the huge theater was the worst comedian I have ever heard. He was racist to say the least and he never made a joke. Usually you have to arrive at the theater early to grab a seat but that was not a problem since most of the seats were empty. I guess people from the 8 o'clock show told others not to bother. The singers on the second day were awful. Totally off key. You wanted it to be over. Usually its the opposite! On to the next noticing. Usually on other cruise ships, when you leave the ship, they always check and make sure you take your ID and your sea card. They never told the passengers to take their ID's. Thank God I knew from experience to take mine. When it was time to get back on the ship , I saw so many people who did not bring their ID and had to be taken to another room by the big ICE guys. Its embarrassing!

The adult pool and hot tubs are gorgeous but no music at all, no view at all, and super small. You had a lifeguard watching you the whole time. Why do you need a lifeguard in a tiny pool that is 4 feet deep that is meant only for adults???

The staff is totally awkward and untrained. Example, I wanted to go to breakfast in the main dining room. One person told me 7:30am, but when I got there it was closed. So I asked another person and they said at 8:00am , so I waited the 10 minutes (it was 7:50) and waited, and waited and then I asked again , and someone else told me 8:30! Read more
