Customer Service was the best. Service desk staff was extremely helpful with all of our questions. Lines were never too long when getting off the ship bath the ports. Mark,. our room attendant was the best room attendant we’ve had out of the 4 cruises we’ve been on. His smile was always so genuine. He kept our room tidy ALL day no matter how many times we left our room. Maria, our main dining experience with her was exceptional She always made sure we had everything we needed. She also gave recommendations concerning the menu ( because we asked for her recommendations). We met her assistant only once. No review for him because once she introduced him to us the first night, I didn’t see him anymore. The ONLY this that was not satisfactory was the face we had so much noise above our head while we slept, or anytime throughout the day. I’m not sure if they were remodeling. The noise was too much. Especially at night while trying to sleep. So we stayed outside a lot!
