I did this cruise as a mother and daughter cruise for mom's 80th birthday. The ship experience was great for her. She could relax on board when she was tired and go off the ship when she had the energy. She made good use of the walking track on the sundeck for safe walking exercise (especially when the weather was cold and rainy). We really enjoyed the food on board - lots of options on and even off menu (the passion fruit and boiled eggs were a bit hit). We especially enjoyed having lunch (lots of variety from which to choose) on the aquavit terrace. I wandered off on some excursions without her and felt very safe leaving her on the ship. The crew was amazing with her. They got to know her preferences and treated her very well. I've traveled Viking before and will continue to do so. You guys do an amazing job all around.
